“Thank you to Jeff Gould on behalf of my brother, sister, and myself — Team Melrose!! Without Jeff’s help and guidance, we really do not see how our family would have ever sold our property. After 40+ years in our family, Jeff helped us unanimously decide to put the property on the market. Jeff stressed to all of us that this would be a “process,” and boy was he right! Working with 5 of our family members, all of which have strong personalities and opinions, must not have been an easy task for Jeff. He guided us through working with commercial brokers, buyers, offers both good and not so good, always explaining the details along the way. And, he was always stressing that all decisions had to be unanimous among all of us before we move on to the next step. When issues needed to get resolved and also needed explaining, Jeff spent so much time with each of us making sure we understood….weekends and evenings were also included if the need came up (and yes it did!)
